Meet me at the Global Smart Manufacturing Summit

I have been invited by Infor, to speak at the Global Smart Manufacturing Summit:

Challenges of DX for the “Mittelstand”

Digital Transformation is often associated with optimization, more efficient, and faster processes in business and production (Industry 4.0). Optimization, and technology are the easiest part of DX. To really digitalize a business will shake up the entire corporation. New business models are crucial for many businesses to survive in the digital age. With that comes the necessity to change corporate culture. Digital transformation requires a holistic view at the organisation, the products, and the business model.

The presentation is scheduled for 1pm on March, 31.

Besides the speech I will also attend a panel discussion about “Startups and Corporations”. Digital Transformation is also a cultural transformation, hence a major change process for existing businesses. The question is, does is startup mindset and the mindset of long existing corporations compatible? What is necessary, to get the best from the two universes?

I am very much looking forward to meed Mr. Robin Tech, Co-founder, managing director AtomLeap, and Dr. Robert Plana, Director Innovation and Ecosystem, GE Digital.

Do you attend the conference? Drop me a line, and let’s meet during the networking breaks.
